Wütend und ungehorsam – Klimagerechtigkeit selber machen – Wir sind der Systemwandel!
Die Regierung hat die 1,5°-Grenze aufgegeben – wir aber nicht! Statt Kopf in den Sand, heißt es jetzt: Füße in die Grube. Wir gehen direkt an den Ort der Zerstörung – ins Rheinländische Braunkohlerevier. In einer Massenaktion zivilen Ungehorsams werden wir gemeinsam mit euch und vielen anderen Menschen Kohleinfrastruktur stilllegen. Wir beenden das Zeitalter des fossilen Kapitalismus. Raus aus der Kohle. Raus aus einem Wirtschaftssystem, das auf endlosem Wachstum und Ausbeutung basiert!
Auf die Aktionen für Klimagerechtigkeit Ende September und darüber hinaus wollen wir uns gut vorbereiten.
Deshalb bieten wir am Montag, 14. September 2020, um 19-21 Uhr, und Sonntag, 20. September 2020, 14-18 Uhr ein Rechtstraining an.
Vorkenntnisse braucht ihr keine!
Workshop Rechtshilfe:
Wenn es bei Demos und Protestaktionen Stress mit der Polizei gibt, ist es wichtig, die eigenen Rechte und Grenzen zu kennen. Wir möchten mit euch über Erfahrungen aus vergangenen Aktionen sprechen und diese mit den gesetzlichen Vorgaben abgleichen: Was darf ich zu Aktionen mitnehmen (und was nicht)? Welche Vor- und Nachteile hat die Verweigerung von Personalien? Was kommt bei einer Gewahrsamnahme auf mich zu? Was ändert sich durch die dezentrale Aktion im Bezug auf den Umgang mit Repressionen?
Ziel des Workshops ist es, dass ihr gut informiert selbst entscheiden könnt, wie ihr euch bei einer Konfrontation mit der Polizei oder in Gewahrsam verhalten möchtet.
Es ist gut, wenn sich Menschen schon vor der Aktion intensiv mit den rechtlichen Themen auseinandersetzen!

Angry and disobedient – Climate Justice self-made – Together we are the System Change!
The German government gave up the 1,5°C target – we do not! Instead of busting your head in the sand let’s move our feet down into the mine! We are heading straight to the roots of destruction – the lignite mining area in the Rhineland. In a mass-action of civil disobedience we will collectively, with you and many other people shut down the coal-mining infrastructure. We will end the era of fossil capitalism here. We are approaching the immediate coal phase-out – right here, right now! We will put an end to an economic system based on infinite growth and exploitation!
Actions of civil disobedience work best when we are well-prepared for them. That’s why we offer you legal trainings on:
Monday, 14th September 2020, 7-9 p.m. and Sunday, 20th September 2020, 2-6 p.m.
You do not need any background knowledge for attending these legal trainings.
Legal Workshop:
If there will be trouble with the police at demonstrations or protest actions it’s important to know ones rights and boundaries. We want to talk with you about experience from previous actions and compare them with the legal requirements: What am I allowed to bring to an action (and what is forbidden)? What advantages and disadvantages and risks of ID refusal are there? What can happen in detention/custody and when I get arrested? What is different with this decentral action according dealing with repression?
The aim of the workshop is, that you are well informed and can decide yourselves how to behave in case of confrontation with the police.
It is important that people intensively deal with legal issues before the action!
